Values shine in S.D.S.M School’s recitation and storytelling contest

Jamshedpur, July 4: S.D.S.M School for Excellence recently held a Choral Recitation and Storytelling Competition for their Junior School, featuring both English and Hindi categories. Students from Standards I to III showcased their talent through poem recitations, while students from Standards IV and V narrated stories. The event centered around the theme of ‘VALUES,’ emphasizing the importance and impact of values in our lives.

Through their performances, students highlighted how values provide direction and purpose, guiding us to make better choices. The competition aimed to enhance students’ oratory skills, including pitch, tone, volume, pace, diction, and pronunciation, while also encouraging teamwork and cooperation towards a common goal. Participants gained valuable experience in public speaking and communication.

The winners of the competition will be honored by Principal Moushumi Das in a special assembly held at the school premises, celebrating their remarkable performances.
