Valley View School hosts GST awareness programme

Jamshedpur: An informative session on Goods and Services Tax (GST) for the students of Std XI & XII was held today in the Valley View School auditorium. Amit Kumar, the Programme Coordinator and AMFI-Inter, 20 Years experience in Finance, explained the students of class 11 and 12 about the meaning of the tax and other necessary details. He also threw light on the different aspects of GST. According to him GST system is here to stay and this tax structure will help in the economic growth of the country. The session was informative and an eye opener for both the students and teachers.
Also present were Himanshu Sinha, assistant dean, Arka Jain college, Jamshedpur and Abdul Azim, training & placement department, Arka Jain college. Principal Alka Arvind Kumar also attended the session.
