Jamshedpur, August 16: The 70th Independence Day was celebrated in Valley View School on Monday, August 15. The National Flag was hoisted by the Chief guest, K. Uma, manager, SMC in the assembly ground.
The Chief guest extended her warm greeting to all present on the occasion.
The President of the School Student Council in his address stressed upon the role and responsibility of the students towards the nation.
A cultural programme followed showcasing the spirit of freedom of the nation. A Large number of parents were also present for the occasion.
