Ranchi : Discussing the necessity of more housing, chief minister Raghubar Das said that the housing board will have to plan its schemes.
He said it while reviewing the work of the board with UDD Minister C.P.Singh.
He said that the department should seek ways on how to minimize the cost of the buildings being made by the Board in different towns & cities with the help of technologies.
He said that a report of buildings under construction should be prepared & presented to the governing body of the housing board.
Singh said that a survey regarding encroachment in housing board has been conducted & the board is designing new schemes keeping in view the medium & lower income group people.
Chief secretary Rajiv Gauba, DGP D.K.Pandey, Principal secretary Sanjay Kumar and other senior officers were present in the meeting.
