Jamshedpur: United Club employees will receive an 18 percent bonus ahead of Durga Puja, following an agreement between the management and the Canteen Hotel and Restaurant Workers Union. The bonus agreement was signed on Saturday, September 20, 2025, ensuring that staff are recognized for their contributions.
Under the agreement, the maximum bonus amount will be Rs 55,817, while the minimum will be Rs 26,042. The bonus is scheduled to be credited to employee accounts by September 25, 2025. Employees expressed their happiness over the announcement and thanked the union leaders for their efforts in securing the payout.
The agreement was signed by United Club President Probal Ghosh on behalf of the management and by Union President Rakeshwar Pandey for the union. Present during the signing from the management side were Ranjan K. Singh, Kumar Gopal, Manish K. Srivastava, Manasvi Dua Rai, and Mohammad Parvez. Union representatives included B.K. Dinda, Dadan Singh, Madhav Harpal, and Raju Sona.
The timely bonus has boosted employee morale, allowing them to celebrate the festive season with financial relief and appreciation from both the management and union leadership.
