UCIL not obeying state government’s order: BJP’s Kunal Sarangi

Jamshedpur, Oct 30: BJP spokesperson Kunal Sarangi has alleged that UCIL management in Jadugora is not abiding to government order.
Supporting members of  UCIL Jaduguda 2016-17 Voluntary Resignation Scheme, Kunal Sarangi said that about 100 members of the forum are talking about going on the wrong path by turning away from the main stream, because those people are being misled by UCIL management. For many years, the restoration is being diverted, which is unfortunate and a matter of concern.
While talking to the media in Jadugoda Navrang Market along with the members of the forum, Kunal said that in this case, if UCIL management has received order from senior officials that these nominees cannot be reinstated in the job, then they should show a copy of the above order.

The UCIL management should clarify the reasons why these people cannot be reinstated. He said that on the orders of health minister Banna Gupta, Ghatshila SDO Satyaveer Rajak was instructed to investigate and take necessary action. Nevertheless, the UCIL management has not yet handed over the necessary documents to the SDO. From this it appears that the UCIL management considers itself above the government.

If the management does not take decision on all the demands soon, then agitation will be done against UCIL. The delegation of Manch will meet the Chief Secretary and apprise him of the whole situation. If needed, Union Minister Jitendra Singh will also be met under the leadership of BJP MP Samir Oraon. He said that the Hemant government talks about ending the Naxalites on one hand and on the other hand the youth of his state are talking about going on the wrong path by turning away from the mainstream.

The UCIL management is also disobeying the order of State Health Minister Banna Gupta. Former district President Rohit Singh said that the voice of the youth will not be allowed to stop. If the management adopts an obstinate attitude, then they would knock doors of cour. The order for the restoration of the nominees came in 2016 at the time of the then CMD D Acharya.
At that time, the medical examination of about a hundred youths had also been done. But the officials of UCIL did not reinstate these people under the conspiracy.
