Two injured over petty dispute in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, June 5: Two youths were injured over a petty dispute at Road No 26 in Telco late Saturday night. They were identified as Raghvendra Pratap and Gaurav. Both were taken to a local hospital, sources said.

Sources said the victims were sitting on a small culvert near their house when two youths approached them in an inebriated condition and asked them to leave immediately. On showing resistance, they were allegedly beaten up with a sharp weapon. Both victims somehow ran away to save their lives, sources said.

The victims later lodged an FIR against the accused persons with the Telco police station.
