Kaushal Bodh Activities Held
Jamshedpur, May 9: JUSCO School South Park conducted Phase 1 of its Kaushal Bodh Project Activities for around 480 students of Classes VI, VII and VIII in line with CBSE and NCF guidelines. The initiative aimed to promote experiential learning, creativity, practical skills and overall personality development among students.
As part of the project-based learning programme, students received hands-on exposure in three work domains — working with life forms, materials and machines, and providing human services. A variety of engaging activities were organised, including Tie and Dye, Water Audit, Cooking Without Fire, Advertisement Creation, Family Health Handbook preparation and Maker Skills.
Through these skill-based activities, students developed teamwork, innovation, environmental awareness, communication skills and self-reliance. The programme also encouraged students to connect classroom learning with real-life experiences, making education more practical and interactive. School authorities said such initiatives help students gain confidence and prepare them for future challenges through activity-based learning.
