Jamshedpur: INCAB Kerala Public School (Golmuri) organized Tulsi Pujan and Matru Pitru Pujan Divas, highlighting the importance of Indian culture and values. The event was led by Manorama Nair, President of Kerala Public School, along with her colleagues, and was aimed at instilling respect for traditions among students.
The program commenced with Tulsi Mantra chanting, where students learned about the spiritual and medicinal significance of the Tulsi plant. Following this, a Matru Pitru Pujan Divas (Parents’ Worship) ceremony was conducted, in which students expressed their love and gratitude towards their parents by performing Aarti.
Addressing the gathering, Manorama Nair emphasized the importance of parental respect and devotion. “Parents are like God, and serving and respecting them is the true essence of devotion,” she said. School Principal, D. Sonali, extended her heartfelt gratitude to Nair and her team for organizing such a meaningful event. She also appreciated the cooperation of the teachers, whose efforts ensured the program’s successful execution.
The event concluded with a strong message on cultural values, gratitude, and reverence, leaving a lasting impact on both students and parents.
