Tuff Seals Jamshedpur workers continue indefinite strike over demands

Gamharia: The indefinite strike and dharna by workers of Tuff Seals Company in Phase-3 of the industrial area entered its fourth day on Thursday. Workers are protesting under the leadership of JLKM party leader Prem Mardi. He stated that the company’s HR, Anil Kumar, visited the dharna site and appealed to workers to return to work, promising talks at a later time. However, workers rejected this offer, insisting they will only resume work once talks are finalized.

Prem Mardi criticized the company’s attempt to mislead workers through tempting offers, emphasizing that the strike will continue until their demands are met. The workers are protesting against the unfair termination of Congress Mahato and other demands. The strike has led to a complete halt in production at the company.
