Jamshedpur: Tube Makers Club has finalized the bonus agreement for its employees for the year 2024-25. Under the agreement, employees will receive a minimum bonus of Rs 22,022 and a maximum of Rs 57,788.
The agreement was signed between the Canteen Hotel Restaurant Workers Union and the club management. Representing the management were President Sanjay Sahni, Secretary Dinkar Anand, and Richa Kedia, while the union was represented by President Rakeshwar Pandey, deputy president BK Dinda, General Secretary Dadan Singh, and committee members Pulak Methi, BR Mishra, and Peter Anato.
During discussions, it was highlighted that several renovations have been carried out at the club to improve facilities. The management has also been actively supporting employee welfare, including providing over Rs 2 lakh assistance to two employees under the medical insurance scheme.
Union President Rakeshwar Pandey said that with continued cooperation between management and employees, the club is set to achieve greater success in the future.
