Jamshedpur, Oct 15: Bonus Agreement for the financial year 2019-20 was signed at 15.3 per cent between the Management of Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Limited (TSPDL) and the TSPDL Employees Union at TSPDL, Bara unit, Jamshedpur, on Thursday, Oct 15.
The Union was represented by Rakeshwar Pandey along with Dy President Dinesh Kumar, General Secretary Amanjee, Advisor to President Tridev Singh, Sanjeev Kr Singh, Asst Secretary Anish Jha, BD Singh, Vice President Sachidanand , SB Rana, Treasurer Ramesh Chaudhuri, and Committee Members Sashi Bhushan Mishra, Pramod Upadhyay , Upender Rai, Rajesh Kumar, Ranjan Mishra.
The Management team comprised of Managing Director Abraham Stephanos, Vice President Operations & Sales Om Prakash, General Manager (HRM & Safety), Anantha Rama Krishnan, Ashwini Kumar General Manager (JBU), Chief HR & IR Subhomoy Majumder, Shekhar Jha, Head HR & IR and Mukund Bhatt Sr Manager HR & IR.
The Bonus amount will be credited to the Bank Account of the employees by the 19th Oct 2020.
The maximum amount of bonus payable for FY 2019 -20 is Rs 68,174 and the minimum payable is Rs 37,681 as per new Bonus Formulae deviced.
