Jamshedpur, Sept. 1: Bonus Agreement for the financial year 2016 -17 was signed at 17.5 % between the Management of TSPDL and the TSPDL Employees Union at TSPDL, Bara unit, Jamshedpur, on Friday.
The Union was represented by General Secretary Tridev Singh; Vice President Dinesh Kumar, Sachidanand, Amanjee; Assistant Secretary Chanchal Saroj, S B Rana, Advisor to President Sanjeev Singh; Treasurer R Ravi.
The Management team comprised of Managing Director Abraham Stephanos; Vice President Operations Om Prakash; Senior General Manager HRM & Safety P K Sahu; General Manager JamshedpurOperations � Ashwini Kumar; Chief HR & IR R S Majumder; Divisional Manager HR & IR Shekhar Jha.
Besides the 17.5 % Bonus declared the employees will also be awarded with Gift Voucher amounting to Rs 2500. The Bonus amount will be credited to the Bank Account of the employees by the 7thof Sep 2017.
The maximum amount of bonus payable for FY 2016 -17 is Rs 55,426 and the minimum amount payable is Rs 21,027 whereas in the previous year (FY 2015 -16) the maximum bonus paid out was Rs 51,719 and the minimum Rs 20,300.
