Jamshedpur, Oct 12: The Management of TRF Limited and the Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union signed an Agreement on Monday, October 12, 2015 for payment of Annual Bonus for the accounting year 2014-15.
As per the agreement, eligible employees will receive 10% bonus / Ex-gratia of their respective actual earnings (Basic + DA) earned during the accounting year 2014-15. Accordingly, the minimum bonus works out to Rs.11,673/- and maximum bonus works out to Rs 40,694/- .
TRF has made arrangements on the request of the Union, to pay the bonus amount to its employees by October 13, 2015.
Sudhir Deoras, Managing Director (MD), TRF said that the signing of this agreement was further proof of the harmonious relationship between the Union and management in TRF and across all Tata enterprises.
Rakeshwar Pandey, President, TRF Labour Union appreciated the managementís role in helping to finalise the agreement and for taking pro-active measures towards early disbursal of bonus amount to the employees. They jointly wished the employees a joyful and safe festive season.
The agreement was signed by Sudhir Deoras, MD, PS Reddy, Deputy MD, PK Tibdewal, Chief Operating Officer, A Kumar, AGM(P & A) and C Dutta, AGM (F&A) on behalf of the management and by Rakeshwar Pandey, President, R.K. Rahi, General Secretary, MH Hiramanek, Deputy President, RB Rai, Vice President, SK Jha, and B Purty, Assistant Secretaries, Mrs Devika Singh, Treasurer, Mr Sanjay Kumar, Assistant Treasurer and all Executive Committee Members on behalf of the union.
