Trekking and Cleanliness Drive at Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary on World Tourism Day

Jamshedpur, September 25: To mark World Tourism Day, a trekking and cleanliness campaign was successfully organized today at Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary, a top-tier tourist destination in Jharkhand. The program was conducted under the guidance of the Director of Tourism and the Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum.

The event was supported by the Forest Division Officer and the N.S.S. unit of Karim City College, Sakchi. Around 40 students actively participated, along with District Sports Officer and District Tourism Nodal Officer Rupa Rani Tirkey, and District Tourism Expert Manish Jonko.

During the program, participants took part in trekking activities across the sanctuary while promoting the message of clean and green tourism. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation and responsible tourism, combining adventure with community service in a meaningful celebration of World Tourism Day.
