Jamshedpur, April 25: Children of Upgraded Middle School, Tangerine in Potka Block, celebrated World Earth Day with a series of activities aimed at environmental awareness. A drawing competition was held, which saw Pushpa Majhi clinching the first prize and Bhuvani Munda securing the second spot while all participating children were awarded consolation prizes.
Principal Arvind Tiwari imparted valuable insights about the environment to the students before they joined hands with teachers to plant saplings, fostering a sense of responsibility towards nature.
