Noamundi, May 12: Gua Range forest guards confiscated a stone loaded tractor which was found in the reserve forest area.
The driver of the vehicle managed to escape the scene. An FIR was registered against the driver and the owner allegedly stealing stone from reserve forest area on Thursday.
