Chaibasa, May 12: Joints Group of Chaibasa welcomed 100th rank achiever in UPSC examination 2015, Harsh, son of Bajrang Lal Chiraniya, with a bouquet of flowers and Chaibasa Gourabh Memento on Thursday.
