Jamshedpur, Sept 12: The bonus agreement for employees of the Tata Main Hospital Employees’ Co-operative Society Limited, run under Tata Steel, has been finalized. A total of 192 members of the society will benefit from this agreement.
Employees will receive a 13 percent bonus the year. Along with this, an 11 percent dividend has also been declared for members.
As per the settlement, employees will receive a maximum bonus of Rs 50,342 and a minimum of Rs 9,240, depending on their eligibility.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Vinita Singh, General Manager, Tata Steel Medical Services, on behalf of the management. Representing the union, President Sanjeev Choudhary Tunnu, General Secretary Satish Singh, and other office bearers signed the agreement.
The decision has been welcomed by members, as it provides significant financial support ahead of the festive season.
