Ranchi: Trinamool Congress leaders of the state today met governor Dr Syed Ahmad and demanded removal of the state minority welfare minister Haji Hussain Ansari.
The delegation members, who were led by the party�s state convenor Dilip Chatterjee, handed over a memorandum to the governor and apprised him about alleged irregularities in the nomination of Haj sevaks and Haj House.
They said Ansari was trying to influence the process of selection of Haj sevaks and other works in the Haj House.
