Saraikela, March 27: Three youth on a motorcycle were seriously injured when their bike was hit by a speeding autorickshaw near the Burudih railway crossing in Saraikela-Kharsawan district. The autorickshaw driver fled the spot with his vehicle. The local police arrived at the spot and took the three injured youth to the Sadar Hospital where they were given first aid and then referred to MGM Hospital for further treatment.
According to reports the three youth hailing from Sini were returning home when a speeding autorickshaw, apparently out of control, hit their bike head on. The auto driver then fled the spot near the Burudih rail crossing.
At the time of going to press the treatment of the three injured victims was going on at MGM Hospital.
