Jamshedpur, May 23: Tata Motors’ Jamshedpur plant will witness a three-day shutdown as the company has announced a block closure from May 24th to May 26th. The decision comes in light of the upcoming voting day on May 25th, which coincides with the company’s weekly holiday on May 26th.
A circular issued by Tata Motors Plant Head Ravindra Kulkarni confirmed the block closure on May 24th, with a holiday already scheduled for May 25th due to the voting day. The consecutive weekly holiday on May 26th extends the shutdown period to three days.
