Jamshedpur, May 27: Thieves targeted an under-construction house belonging to Ravindra Malakar in Mango Chatai Colony last night. Malakar, upon discovering the theft, promptly notified BJP leader Vikas Singh about the incident.
According to Malakar, repair work was ongoing at his old house located in Chatai Colony. Each evening after completing the day’s work, he would lock the doors and return to his ancestral home. However, Monday morning when he arrived at the construction site, he found the main door’s lock broken and discovered that thieves had broken into all the rooms. The stolen items included a motor worth seven thousand rupees. Additionally, the thieves attempted to steal a Bullet motorcycle but were unsuccessful.
Vikas Singh, upon inspection of the scene, voiced concerns over the rising crime rate in Mango, urging the district administration to take measures to curb criminal activities.
