Jamshedpur, November 20: Thieves committed theft in two houses in Jugsalai.
While in the first incident goods worth lakhs were stolen, in the second incident the thieves escaped from the house when the lock of the house was not broken. On receiving information about the incident, Chamber members and police reached the spot and took information about the matter. The police is taking further action after the written complaint.
According to the information received, thieves broke the lock of the house and almirah of Anil Aggarwal, a resident of Jugsalai Chowk market and a businessman and stole jewelery and cash worth lakhs. In the evening, the whole family locked the house and went to Mahakaleshwar Chhath Ghat located in Jugsalai to worship. When he returned around 5 in the evening, he found the lock of the house broken. When we went inside the house, all the stuff was scattered. Upon investigation it was found that cash and gold jewelery had been stolen from the house. In another incident, thieves attempted burglary at Jamuna Shri Apartment in Chowk Bazaar.
However, the thieves could not break the lock of the house and escaped from there. This entire incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby. In this, a thief is seen trying to break the lock of the house. The police have started trying to identify the thief and catch him on the basis of CCTV footage.
