Teams Blast Furnace, Security win Inter JDC Carrom tourney

Jamshedpur, May 29: The Inter JDC Carrom Men & Women Tournament 2025 concluded with much enthusiasm at the JFC Media Room, JRD Tata Sports Complex. The tournament showcased impressive participation from various departments, highlighting both skill and sportsmanship. In the men’s category, Blast Furnace emerged as champions, followed by H.S.M as runners-up and Spares Manufacturing in third place. In the women’s division, the Security team took the top spot, with LD3 and Supply Chain finishing second and third, respectively. The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Mukul Vinayak Choudhari, Chief Sports, Tata Steel, as the Chief Guest. Also present were Vibhuti Adesara, Head Sports, Tata Steel, and Sanjay Singh, Vice President, Tata Workers’ Union and Chairman, Sports Advisory Committee.
