
Jamshedpur: A train accident occurred near Howrah in West Bengal, causing several train cancellations and diversions. Train number 22850, the Secunderabad-Shalimar Express, was traveling from Secunderabad to Shalimar when three of its coaches derailed near Nalpur railway station in Howrah.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported. South Eastern Railway’s Chief Public Relations Officer, Om Prakash Charan, confirmed that the incident took place around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Due to this accident, several trains departing from Tatanagar have been cancelled or diverted.
