Jamshedpur, Jan 30: South Eastern Railway with a view to clear the extra rush of passengers, has decided to run weekly special train between Shalimar-Tambaram-Shalimar leaving Shalimar every Thursday from February 2 to 23 (4 trips) and leaving Tambaram every Saturday from February 4 to 25 (4 trips).
08041 Shalimar-Tambaram Special will leave Shalimar at 23:50 hrs and will reach Tambaram at 14:45 hrs, on the third day. In the return direction, 08042 Tambaram-Shalimar Special will leave Tambaram at 19:00 hrs and will reach Shalimar at 07:40 hrs, on the third day. The Special will have sixteen sleeper class and four general second class coaches and will stop at Santragachi, Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chaibasa, Dangoaposi and Banspani in SER jurisdiction.
Trains regulated due to development work
Jamshedpur, Jan 30: South Eastern Railway has decided to regulate several trains in view of Pre-Non Interlocking and Non Interlocking work at Orga Station in connection with doubling work and Yard Remodelling in Bondamunda-Hatia section of Ranchi division.
18175/18176 Hatia-Jharsuguda-Hatia MEMU Express will remain cancelled from January 30 to February 3.
18106 Jaynagar-Rourkela Express leaving Jaynagar on January 29 and February 1 will be short terminated at Hatia.
18105 Rourkela-Jaynagar Express scheduled to leave Rourkela on January 31 and February 2 will be short originated from Hatia. Therefore the service of 18106/18105 will remain cancelled between Hatia-Rourkela-Hatia.
