Tata Workers’ Union employees to get maximum bonus of Rs 50,793

Jamshedpur, Sep 15: The employees of Tata Workers’ Union (TWU) will get a maximum bonus of Rs 50,793 and a minimum bonus of Rs 35,522. After the agreement in the union office, the amount of bonus has also been sent to the bank account of all 29 employees (27 permanent, two contract employees). There are a total of 27 employees in the union office who will get a total bonus of Rs 11 lakh 43 thousand 468 for the financial year 2020-21. At the same time, two contractual employees (Jaidev Upadhyay and MN Kumar) will get Rs.14-14 thousand as bonus.
The union leadership claims that there has been one percent more, i.e. 18 percent bonus than last time. Union President Sanjeev Chaudhary, Deputy President Shailesh Singh, General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh, Vice President Shahnawaz Alam, Shatrughan Rai, Sanjay Singh, Assistant Secretary Ajay Chaudhary, Nitesh Raj, Saroj Singh and Treasurer Harishankar Singh signed the bonus agreement.
