Tata Workers Union: Consensus emerges to retain leadership in the hands of incumbent top three

Jamshedpur: Post the union’s annual picnic, the political atmosphere within the Tata Workers Union has heated up as opposition factions commence polling for the crucial top three positions – President, General Secretary, and Deputy President. In a significant turn of events, members gathered at the annual Vanbhoj-cum-meeting function on Wednesday have resolved to entrust the union’s responsibilities once again to the present top three leaders: Sanjeev Chaudhary Tunnu, Satish Singh, and Shailesh Singh.

The meeting took place at Dalma View Point situated on Marine Drive, offering committee members an opportunity to relish the natural surroundings while engaging in various sports throughout the day. Amidst the scenic backdrop, the union committee members collectively voiced their commitment to face the upcoming elections unitedly and reaffirmed their intention to maintain continuity in leadership by endorsing the incumbent trio.

However, opposition leaders within the union dispute any such decision, asserting that no consensus has been reached regarding retaining the present leadership.
