Tata Steel to undertake cleanliness drive in Jamshedpur’s Cable Town

Jamshedpur, Feb 6: Tata Steel UISL will undertake a cleanliness drive in the Cable Town locality in Golmuri. Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy had written a letter to the Vice President (Corporate Services) Tata Steel, urging that sewers and drains needed cleaning while keeping in mind sanitary and health concerns of the residents of the locality. It may be mentioned that Tata Steel was already providing various amenities including water supply, along with other public facilities. The work of providing electricity supply to every household in Cable Town was on its final stage of completion. Citing these facilities, Roy wrote that it was also necessary for Tata Steel to undertake a cleaning drive in Cable Town people’s interest.
