Champai Soren given warm welcome on first visit to Saraikela after becoming CM

Saraikela, Feb 6 : Chief Minister Champai Soren, who arrived in Saraikela for the first time after becoming Chief Minister, was given a rousing welcome by party workers and the general people on Tuesday evening at his arrival in Birsa Chowk where he offered flowers in respect at the statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. Chief Minister Champai Soren was garlanded by party workers and other supporters and flower petals were cast on him. Talking to people, Champai Soren assured comprehensive development of Saraikela along with the entire state. “The wave of development will flow here. All the basic needs of the people will be fulfilled,” he said. People shouted slogans in his honour. Among the large number of party workers and supporters present on the occasion were Sanand Acharya, Suryaraj Singhdev alias Bada Babu Singhdev, Lipu Mohanty, Dinesh Sathua, Basudev Mahato, Dashrathi Paricha, and Sudhir Mahato.
