Tata Steel removes encroachment in Jamshedpur after court’s order

Jamshedpur, February 10: The encroached land of Tata Steel in front of Central Excise Building located at Ranikudar Outer Circle Road No. 4 under Bistupur police station area of Jamshedpur was freed from encroachment on Friday.

 In this regard, a case was going on in the court between encroacher Ram Pyari Devi vs Tata Steel. The court decision came in favour of Tata Steel after which the land was freed of encroachment.

During this, on Friday, eight pucca shops built on 3000 square feet of land were razed to the ground using three JCBs in the presence of local police officials.

During this there was no protest of any kind. An order had already been given by the court regarding this, on the basis of which all the encroachments were removed. During this, elaborate security arrangements were made.
