Jamshedpur: Tata Steel will be paying tributes to Russi Mody, managing director of TISCO, who passed away on 16th May last in Kolkata, at a condolence programme going to be organized tomorrow at Centre of Excellence.
�Russi Mody was a true leader. The Man of Steel, as he was fondly known, will always be remembered for his endearing persona and exemplary contribution to Indian Industry. We at Tata SAteel deeply mourn his sad demise,� a condolence message issued by the company on Sunday read.
Russi Mody was born on 17th January, 1918. He was popular among the people and reputed for his man management skills. He passed away at a nursing home in Kolkata near his residence. Many people from the corporate houses and other walks of life condoled his death. Many dignitaries are expected to attend the condolence going to be organized by Tata Steel tomorrow.
