Jamshedpur, October 28, 2016: Tata Steel, today, on the occasion of Dhanteras organized ‘Muhurat Auction’ for its customers in the Industrial By-products Management Division (IBMD) marking the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras.
The unique initiative was organized for the first time bringing in joy and excitement among the customers.
Dhanteras or Dhantrayodashi is the first day of the five-day Diwali festivity marked with the purchase of gold, silver or any other form of metal products.
Accordingly, IBMD organised the Muhurat Auction for Hot Rolled (HR) and Cold Rolled (CR) By-Products. The event which lasted for almost two hours witnessed an active and enthusiastic participation from customers across India.
It was an auspicious event for the customer on the eve of Dhanteras thereby striking an emotional chord.
The successful bidders would be rewarded with a memorabilia as a token of appreciation and remembrance.
