Jamshedpur, May 9: Representatives of Tata Steel Kalinganagar Workers Union along with their entire team reached the Tata Workers Union office.
In which President of Tata Steel Kalinganagar Workers Union – Ravindra Kumar Jamuda, general secretary – Damodar Soy and other executive committee members of Kalinganagar Union, besides Tata Steel Kalinganagar Chief HRBP-Steel – Yashwant Kumar Pandey, Head-HRBP Maintenance and Support Services – Vibhor Goyal reached the union office.
First of all, the representatives of Tata Steel Kalinganagar Workers Union and Management offered wreaths at the statue of late V.G. Gopal located in the union premises. This was followed by a joint meeting with the office bearers of the Tata Workers Union in the conference room of the union office.
The meeting was moderated by the president of Tata Workers Union – Sanjeev Kumar Chowdhary.
General Secretary-Satish Kumar Singh informed about the many ups and downs in the journey of almost 116 years of Tata Steel and 102 years of Tata Workers Union.
President of Tata Steel Kalinganagar Workers’ Union -Ravindra Kumar Jamuda, while expressing views, first congratulated the President of Tata Workers’ Union – for the union’s 100 years long service and also sought to know how the union and Tata Steel Jamshedpur plant were moving ahead continuously for a long time without any strike or without facing any kind of difficulties.
