Jamshedpur, May 8: Tata Steel Sports is witnessing an enthusiastic response to Summer Camp 2026, with more than 1,200 registrations already completed ahead of the camp’s start on May 11. The camp will be organised at the JRD Tata Sports Complex along with centres in Telco and Gamharia.
Children and youngsters from across the city have shown keen interest in various sporting activities, including football, cricket, handball and horse riding. The camp aims to encourage sports participation and physical fitness among youth during the summer vacation.
This year, Tata Steel Sports has also introduced wellness programmes for adults. Special sessions in self-defence, Zumba and yoga have been added to promote fitness and increase family participation in the camp.
To assist participants and parents during the final phase of registration, a dedicated helpdesk has been set up at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. The helpdesk will function near the main gate on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 12 noon and again from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The Summer Camp 2026 will continue till May 31 at all designated venues.
