Jamshedpur, May 2: Sakchi resident Sunit Kumar Mishra, an IL 4 level officer and Area Manager of IT Services at Tata Steel, tragically passed away in a road accident. Mishra, who resided near the Sakchi PF office in Jamshedpur, was returning from Ranchi after dropping off his wife at the airport when his Hyundai Verna car (JH 05 BX 0090) was struck by a truck near Bundu. Despite efforts to save him, Mishra succumbed to his injuries at a nearby primary health center.
The truck involved in the accident fled the scene, leaving Mishra critically injured. Mishra, aged approximately 41, had tied the knot with a woman from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, just two months prior. Their marriage ceremony, celebrated with grandeur at his sister’s residence in Raipur, was followed by Mishra’s early morning journey to drop his wife at Ranchi airport.
