Jamshedpur, May 25: Tata Steel has set up a new committee pertaining to study leave of its officers and employees. Tata Steel MD and CEO TV Narendran has formed a sub committee chaired by the VP (Technology and New Materials Business) Dr Debashish Bhattacharjee. The committee would be responsible for the implementation and facilitatation of directed learning policy (study leave) of the company.
The committee members would include AK Bhatnagar (General Manager (OM&Q), Ajit Kar (Chief Electrical Maintenance TSK), Amit Kumar Chatterjee (Chief Analytics Officer), Atanu Ranjan Pal (ChiefTechnology Officer, Process), Manish Kumar Singh (GM Design & Engineering (Designate), Rajesh Chintak (Chief HRBP E&P and Shared Services TSJ, Satish Kumar Tiwary (Chief of Mechanical Maintenance), Ved Prakash Thakur (Chief Shared Services TSM), Vinay Vasant Mahashabde (Chief R&D and Product Technology), Jaya Singh Panda (Chief L&D and Chief Diversity) and Vijay Narayan Singh (Sr. Manager Maintenance Training (EEI),L&D). The Managerial Programme sub committee president will be Piyush Gupta, VP (Supply Chain), according to a circular issued under the signature of Tata Steel MD and CEO TV Narendran.
