Jamshedpur, June 21: Focusing on fostering health and wellness within the community, Tata Steel organised an interactive yoga session on International Yoga Day at Athletics Tracks, JRD Tata Sports Complex.

Probal Ghosh, Vice President, One Shared Services, Tata Steel graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Yoga Guru Arvind Prasad performed variety of asanas and pranayama techniques including Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Dhanurasana, Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Surya Namaskar, Sukshma Vyayama among other. The event was attended by Tata Steel employees, their family and friends, training center trainees, academy cadets, uniformed personnel and professionals from various fields.
Tata Steel is committed to promoting the holistic well-being of employees and the community. This yoga session was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, learn from the expertise of Yoga Guru Arvind Prasad, and experience the numerous benefits of this ancient practice.
