The meeting focused on bonus, recruitment of trainees, regularisation of services and welfare measures ahead of festivals. Addressing workers, R.K. Singh said, “The union’s objective is to safeguard members’ interests and continuous dialogue with management is being pursued in this spirit.” He added that efforts are being made to finalise bonus and wage-related negotiations before Durga Puja, starting September 22, though slight delays could occur if talks remain inconclusive.

With other factories nearing agreements on bonuses, hopes are high among Tata Motors employees for a favourable outcome. The meeting concluded with the national anthem, reinforcing solidarity among workers.
