Tata Cummins Union members visit Tata Workers’ Union

 

Jamshedpur, Nov 10: Members of the Tata Cummins Union visited the Tata Workers’ Union on Monday and held an interactive session with its office bearers. During the visit, Tata Workers’ Union President Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary and Deputy President Shailesh Kumar Singh briefed them on the Union’s rich legacy and the remarkable contributions of past leaders and workers that helped the Union complete 100 glorious years.

The visiting members also toured the V.G. Gopal Heritage Hall, where they learned about the evolution and milestones of Tata Steel’s workforce. Assistant Secretary Nitesh Raj and Vice President Sanjay Kumar Singh guided them through the Union premises and explained its day-to-day operations and working style.

The Tata Cummins Union members expressed deep appreciation for the Union’s century-old legacy, terming the visit an enriching and inspiring experience that offered valuable insights into the role of collective efforts in building a strong and progressive workers’ movement.
