Chakradharpur, Dec 28: The Railway Board has appointed Tarun Huria as the new Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Chakradharpur Division, replacing Arun J Rathore. The announcement was made by Railway Board Director Ravindra Pandey.
Arun J Rathore, a 1995 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, served as the DRM of Chakradharpur since October 16, 2022. During his tenure, he was known for his administrative efficiency and contributions to improving the division’s operational performance. Rathore began his career as an Area Manager in Secunderabad and held various roles, including Chief Traffic Manager in Secunderabad before his appointment as DRM.
Incoming DRM Tarun Huria brings experience from his tenure in the East Coast Railway, and his leadership is anticipated to strengthen Chakradharpur Division’s infrastructure and operations.
