Tarun Daga appointed executive director of JUSCO

Jamshedpur : Tarun Daga, has been appointed as an executive director of JUSCO, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Steel, with effect from July 10, 2018. This decision was taken at the JUSCO board meeting held on July 9 at JUSCO Board Room.
Tarun Daga presently is the managing director of The Tinplate Company of India Ltd. He has also served as the chairman of CII Jharkhand State Council.
Daga has been working with the Tata Steel group for close to 25 years. He is an alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Presently, he also holds the following positions: Member of the Governing Body of the Indian Institute of Packaging and Chairman of the Kolkata branch of the Indian Institute of Packaging and Chairman of the Tinplate Group of the International Tin Research Institute, UK.
