Tarapore School hosts session on self-discovery for Class XI students

Jamshedpur: Tarapore School organized a thought-provoking session titled “The Inner Compass” for students of Class XI, conducted by distinguished members of Initiatives for Change India. The session aimed to inspire students to reflect on their values, choices and personal growth.

The programme began with a self-portrait activity that encouraged positive self-perception and peer appreciation. Salil Roy guided students on overcoming daily challenges by embracing values such as honesty, selflessness, purity and love.

 

Surujit Nag introduced the concept of ‘CCD’—Connection, Correction and Direction—as a framework for personal development. A short film depicting the inspiring journey of Amar Pratap deeply moved the students, motivating them to lead purposeful and grateful lives.

The session concluded with Principal Ishita Dey expressing gratitude to the guests and highlighting the importance of self-reflection and journaling. The interaction proved highly meaningful, equipping students with clarity, confidence and resilience to face future challenges.
