FDP on Research Paper Writing concludes at Srinath College of Education

Jamshedpur: A five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Systematic Way of Research Paper Writing,” organized by the Research and Development Cell of Srinath College of Education, concluded on April 25. The programme aimed to enhance the research capabilities of faculty members through structured training.

Participants were guided through essential aspects of research writing, including topic selection, formulation of research questions, literature review, research methodology, data analysis, referencing styles and publication ethics. Special emphasis was placed on avoiding plagiarism and maintaining academic integrity.

Resource persons Dr. Mritunjay Mahto, Dr. Shailesh Sarangi, Dr. Preeti Sahu, Dr. Rajnish and Dr. Surya Pratap Singh provided valuable insights and hands-on training. Interactive sessions and practical exercises ensured active participation and deeper understanding among attendees.

The valedictory session marked the successful completion of the FDP, where participants were awarded certificates for their involvement. Principal Dr. Moushumi Mahto congratulated the organizing team and encouraged faculty members to apply their newly acquired skills in academic and research work.
