Jamshedpur: Swadeshi Jagran Manch, Jamshedpur chapter, organized a chintan shivir (discussion camp) at Tulsi Bhavan, Bistupur, on Sunday. The camp was attended by 45 members of the outfit.
Speaking on the occasion, the regional head, public relations, Anil Thakur said Swadeshi Jagran Manch was a platform where people from different allegiance converged on the same point on various issues. He said the organization had launched a movement across the country to ensure a strong economic policy of the Central government while promoting indigenous goods.
The camp was divided into three sessions. The national council member of the outfit Manoj Kumar Singh too, addressed the meeting.
He informed outfit members about their responsibilities and aims. Many other speakers addressed the meeting.
