Swachh Vidyalaya Award 2021-‘22: Inspection team visits Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir

Ghatshila, June 18: State Education Project Officer (SEPO) Jayant Mishra and his team inspected the sanitary conditions and cleanliness aspects at Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir (SNSVM). Inspection of schools was being carried out under the Swachh Vidyalay Award – 2021-’22. The team held discussions on cleanliness with the School’s Manager Dr Prasenjit Karmakar and Primary Wing In-charge Sujata Verma. The SEPO team, while inspecting the school premises, was impressed by the incinerators. Jayant Mishra, leading the SEPO team observed that these incinerators were comparatively cheaper and could be used in government schools. The officials of the inspection team were satisfied with the sanitary conditions and congratulated SNSVM management for keeping the entire school complex neat and clean. The school management presented copies of the school magazine, Ankur.

The School Management Committee office bearers including RJ Chomal along with SR Dutta, B B Chandra, Saikat Roy, Somnath Dey and others were present and answered queries of the SEPO team.
