Jamshedpur: The Jugsalai Nagar Parishad has intensified its preparations for Swachh Survekshan 2025-26 by launching a large-scale “Vote for Your City” campaign to collect citizen feedback and boost the city’s national cleanliness ranking.
The civic body is conducting the campaign under the Government of India’s Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 initiative.
Jugsalai Nagar Parishad Chairperson Nausheen Khan appealed to residents to participate actively and submit feedback. She emphasized that public participation plays a crucial role in securing a better position for Jugsalai in the national cleanliness survey.
Nagar Parishad teams are visiting various wards to collect feedback directly from residents regarding sanitation services, cleanliness standards, and civic facilities. Citizens can submit their responses through several digital platforms, including the Vote for Your City App, the Swachh Survekshan 2025-26 Portal, the MyGov App, and the Swachhta MoHUA App.
To make the process easier, the Nagar Parishad has installed QR codes at major public locations. Residents can scan these codes using Google Lens or a mobile scanner to answer a few simple questions and complete their submission via OTP verification.
