, Nov 6: The most important step in building self-confidence is simply to take action which can help students build and maintain self-esteem.

From the very early age students should maintain healthy sense of self-esteem and keep working hard in whatever field they want to excel, said Ace-Mountaineer PremlataAgrawal addressing the students of Loyola Project School on Wednesday, Nov 6.

Agrawal said, �During the period of childhood I was not good in sports due to which I lagged behind in several places and competitions but I didn�t gave up and now at the age of 48 I have conquered Everest.�

Agrawal further informed the students to make every effort in order to achieve the goal. Encouraging the students Agrawal said that she always admired Bachendri Pal as her idol who is the first Indian women to conquer Mount Everest. All that is required is the will to go ahead. Realization is bound to happen,� she says.

City-based ace mountaineer PremlataAgrawal has been bestowed with Padma Shri, she is the first person from Jharkhand to scale Mt Everest and also the first Indian women to conquer all the seven summits.

The program was organized by AnirbanKundu, student of Loyola School. On the occasion Kundu said for the Horlicks South Asian Finals the organizers had provided us with a project work on Social, health and education.

For the project Kundu selected Social topic and for growing self confidence in students organized the above program. At the event students from Loyola School, Loyola Project School and teachers were present
