Students agitation for admission continues

Seraikela: The agitation of students demanding resumption of admission process for M.A and B.Sc courses in Kasi Sahu College, Seraikela, continued on Sunday.

The students sent a memorandum to the state human resources development minister demanding resumption of the courses discontinued recently by Kolhan University authorities.

The leaders alleged that the state government authorities concerned had turned a deaf ear to the students of Seraikela who were largely dependent on Kasi Sahu College to pursue their higher education.

Meanwhile, state tribal welfare minister and MLA of Seraikela Champai Soren said he had talked to the state HRD minister in this regard.

He said the admission procession will be started soon. He said technical snags were there which would soon be removed.
